The Restaurant & Bar

The Restaurant:

The Kookoo's Nest Restaurant is our pride and joy. Nikki has long experience as a caterer in Europe, and she has brought her passion for great food to the Philippines. She personally selects the best meats, fish, and tropical fruits and vegetables at the local markets. She has carefully chosen menu items that take advantage of the best that the tropics have to offer. But, be sure to order early, as we prepare everything fresh as it is ordered.

We offer a full breakfast and lunch menu of Western and world cuisine, all prepared to Western taste. For dinner, Nikki and her staff prepare a mouth-watering buffet that makes use of the best foods currently available. The dinner menu changes daily, but generally includes a mix of meat, fish, vegetables, salads, and seasonal fruits. We can cater to most dietary restrictions and preferences; just let us know in advance and we will plan an appropriate menu.

We bake our own breads daily. We offer pita bread sandwiches for lunch, naan bread to accompany our Indian dishes, and fresh toast for breakfast. We also make individual size pizzas. And, Nikki is always experimenting with something new!
